Once payment has been received and cleared, your order will be processed in 2 to 5 working days. Order processing may take longer when we receive a large number of orders per day. Do not worry; every order is fully insured.

Worldwide shipping is FREE with us. For quick and secure delivery of your order, we work with reputable international carriers.

We ship out our items using the quickest and most dependable couriers (FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL).

Only one address can be used for shipping orders. You will need to place a separate order for each address if you want to ship to more than one.

Weekends and the following holidays are off-limits for our office and warehouse:

• Martin Luther King Jr Day (the third Monday in January)
• Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
• Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
• Independence Day (July 4)
• Labor Day (the first Monday in September)
• Thanksgiving (the fourth Thursday in November)
• Christmas Day (December 25)

Christmas Day and New Year's Day will be observed on the following Monday if they fall on a Sunday. Any holiday that falls on a Saturday will be observed the Friday before. The office will also be closed on Monday or Friday if Christmas Day falls on a Tuesday or Thursday.

With a few exceptions, valid returns are reimbursed as store credit. If in stock, damaged or defective items will be exchangeable.

After the return is processed, all due store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
